Edma Lawer oversees corporate strategy, services growth and investment oversight. Her background spans oil & gas operations support, workforce development, stakeholder engagement and public-sector collaboration in Ghana and across Africa.

She has established service capabilities supplying equipment, spares, PPE and specialist manpower to industry operators, and has stewarded initiatives that strengthen local content and community outcomes.
